I booked a massage because of taunt muscles in both shoulders that were pinching the nerves causing restrictions in movement. Sheri focused on the muscles in my shoulders, across the neck, and down the shoulder blades. Wow!! I felt great afterwards and could tell immediately the difference this massage had made with my muscles and nerves.
